Paul, with Dragonfly Pool & Spa, is a great pool builder who will tell it like it is, stand by what he does, and is there for you after the fact for regular servicing and to handle any technical problems that may come up. Face it, no matter how well designed and built, pool systems break down. Paul has always been there for us for emergency repairs and quick resolution which is ultra critical for us since we rent out our property and people are paying for everything to be in perfect working order. Stuff happens, but over the last 5 years, Paul has always been very responsive, efficient, and also fair in his pricing. We couldn't ask for more. There are certainly cheaper alternatives than Dragonfly, but if you want it done right (and less expensive in the long run) - Dragonfly is your best bet.Read More
